Lourdes Health System was a true community hospital. So when it came time to promote their various centers of excellence, we thought what better way to do so than to tap into a place that was the fabric of the community—a popular local diner. Once the backdrop was agreed upon, it was time to create the stories around it. The result was a truly authentic and believable series of commercials that created increased awareness of and talk about the hospital.
